This privacy policy explains how 2 Stream BV handles personal data when you visit www.2stream.live. It covers this website only.

Who is responsible

2 Stream BV is responsible (the "controller") for the personal data processed through this website.

What we process when you visit the website

When you open a page, your browser sends technical information that is needed to deliver it:

  • your IP address
  • the page you request, and the date and time of the request
  • your browser, operating system and type of device
  • the page you came from, if your browser shares it

We use this to show you the website, to keep it secure and stable, and to detect and block abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our hosting provider keeps these technical logs for a short period and then deletes them.

Website statistics

To improve the website, we look at how it is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which type of device and country they visit from. We use these figures in aggregate and not to identify you. Where a statistics tool needs your consent to place cookies or read information from your device, we only use it once you have given that consent. Otherwise our legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website.

Cookies

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work and to stay secure can be set without your consent, for example by our hosting provider when it runs a security check. Cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as cookies for statistics or marketing, are only placed with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings.

When you contact us

If you contact us by email, by phone or through a form on this website, we use the details you give us, such as your name, email address, company and message, to answer you and to follow up on your question. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, or our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive. We keep this correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your request and any follow-up.

Embedded content and links

The contact page shows a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; Google's privacy policy applies to that.

Images and videos on this website are delivered through the service we use to manage the website's content. They are not loaded from video platforms such as YouTube.

Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Vimeo take you to those platforms. Once you are there, their own privacy policies apply.

Service providers

We use service providers to run this website:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, content delivery and security
  • Sanity, for managing the website's content and delivering its images and videos
  • the provider of our website statistics tool

They process personal data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of these providers are based in the United States, or use sub-processors there. When personal data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data no longer than we need it for the purposes described above. Technical logs are deleted after a short period, statistics are kept in aggregate, and correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • have it corrected or deleted
  • restrict or object to its processing
  • receive it in a structured, commonly used format
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we process data on the basis of consent

To exercise these rights, email contact@2stream.live. We reply within one month.

If you believe we handle your personal data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Security

The website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for the purposes above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
