Event support for book launch in industrial warehouse

A warehouse in the port of Antwerp.

Surrounded by 2.5 million bags of coffee .

An environment that normally revolves around logistics and storage.

For the launch of the children's book "Spin Becomes Climate Hero" by Sustainable Stories vzw , this industrial location was transformed into a warm, inviting event venue , where people from the industry and the school community came together.

For this book launch event in the Port of Antwerp , 2 Stream provided the full technical and creative support, from lighting and sound to projection, interview corner, and aftermovie.

📚 A substantively supported book launch

The event was entirely dedicated to the new children's book Spin becomes Climate Hero , which aims to strengthen children's mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and sustainable thinking at a young age .

The evening brought together a diverse group:

industry partners
representatives from education and the school community
organizations and stakeholders involved in education and sustainability

This substantive approach required a setting that felt professional, warm and connecting at the same time .

🎉 A warm welcome, from the first step

The experience started upon arrival at the warehouse:

a red carpet that immediately put guests in event mode
warm lighting at the entrance
clear signage to reception and public areas

An industrial building became the setting for a festive and accessible evening .

💡 Light as an atmosphere-setter in an industrial space

Together with Shows on the Road, 2 Stream provided a lighting plan that:

the scale of the shed was respected
