Jeroen Van Haele: "I started from a consultancy assignment but soon the demand for a bigger commitment came, somewhat surprising but as always, for me it's about the belief in the people and in the quality of the services the company offers. At 2 Stream I met a passionate team, with high-level technological knowledge, as well as a focus on customer satisfaction. Moreover, I get the space to add creative components to the existing services."

Needless to say, streaming services have proven their effectiveness. During Covid, the need to meet virtually only intensified. Post corona, in today's fast-paced digital world, companies see more than ever the importance of efficiently connecting with employees and customers to strengthen their internal and external communications. Apart from streaming via the known platforms or social media, there is a more complex streaming segment where technical security is essential.

JVH: "We all know Zoom or Google Meet but many companies require the guarantee that a live stream or webinar will run autonomously and flawlessly. For us, it falls under the heading of Technical Excellence. 2 Stream uses the high-performance Center Stage as its streaming platform. However, some customers prefer their own platform and we are technically flexible in responding to this. In the multifunctional studio in Zaventem, everything can be adapted to the customer's wishes: the set-up, logos, integration of text, photo, video, music. Much more is technologically possible of course, everything depends on the demand. By the way, many of our assignments take place on location, for example, we stream webinars from our customers' company buildings, but equally large events that are viewed worldwide."

2 Stream does not stand out just for technical prowess and innovation. Clients sometimes get lost in the storytelling of their presentation, webinar or event. The company responds to this with a broader range of services.

JVH: "When people ask me what makes me happy in a position, I tell them that I walk on two legs: one business and one creative. In addition to the business responsibilities I have as CEO, I like to offer the creative insights I've acquired over the years. In the past, I had the privilege of working conceptually and editorially for both radio, TV, and online. I also believe I can say that I can take voices and screen faces to the next level. When we talk about live streaming in our studio or at a remote event venue, it is ultimately about Storytelling & Speaking Performance. Therein lies the similarity with radio, TV and online: what do you want to tell, how do you make a story relevant and engaging, into what structure do you pour it so the audience feels that clarity, how do you increase your impact as a speaker in front of the camera or on a stage. Clients who like to question themselves can come to me - and the experts who surround me."

A streaming company that wants to make a difference must also be able to draw formally from an amalgam of tools that respond to customer demand, according to the new 2 Stream CEO.

JVH: "Storytelling is one thing, but a creativity in packaging counts just as much. Sometimes the focus is on the structure, the comprehensibility of a presentation, and that's where relevant and therefore precisely chosen inserts can help. Too many speakers get lost in presentations with slides full of text. It's different when we sit down with them to enrich a livestream event. Uniquely composed music at the intro, graphic finds, visual interventions in the digital background or in the physical setting. It makes a world of difference in the emotional transmission, in what an audience subconsciously or consciously feels. Creativity is ultimately about originality, so you can also stand out in terms of form. In summary, 2 Stream offers Technical Excellence, Storytelling & Speaking performance, and Creativity. All with a capital letter!"
